It is quite clear that there are a ton of different bridal styles out there for a bride to consider.  Even in our collection here at Darius Cordell fashion Ltd we have over 200 that a bride can choose from.  There is the simple and plain that Vera Wang introduced.  And then there are the heavily beaded bridal gowns that can increase the cost of a design by thousands.  Really there is no right or wrong to it.  I think it simply depends on the budget that you have.  If you can afford those wedding dresses with all of the beading and lace and adornment 9and if that is what gets you going then so be it.  Dont hold back.  Spend away.  But if you are going for a more beach or out door feeling or just a simplistic look…then you are probably going to spend far less than your counter part.  That is unless you decide upon one of the most expensive fabrications like silk.  Yes, silk bridal gowns can sometimes be just as costly as other beaded wedding dresses.  And why is that you ask?  Well it is because most attire for the wedding is made in a man made fabrication that we all know and love as polyester.  That fabric is way cheaper or should I say less expensive than the natural fabric we call silk.  Silk Bridal Gowns can be approximately 40% higher in cost than one made in polyester.  Some seamstresses will also say it is much harder to sew with a silk fabric as well.  That is why all of the garments in the darius cordell couture collection are initially made in polyester.  But we will produce any style in silk upon request.  One advantage to polyester fabrics is that they are easier to care for and much easier to clean.  You can put a non-beaded polyester gown turned inside out in a washing machine and it will come out looking brand new.  That is not the case with silk wedding dresses.  They must be handled with care and dry cleaned or preserved accordingly.

So as you are considering your bridal gown these are a few factors you may want to take into consideration.
